Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
Vos Glass LLC (“Vos Glass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website vosglass.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to vosglass.com and not to any other information collected offline or through other means (for example, resumes emailed to us directly).
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you submit our Contact Us form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- The location (Grand Rapids or Lansing) your inquiry relates to
- The message or project details you provide about how we can help you or your organization
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide a quote or bid, and otherwise communicate with you about the products and services you’ve asked about.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site automatically collects some information when you visit, using the tools described below.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site — for example, which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, what device or browser is used, and the general geographic region a visitor is coming from (based on IP address). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. We use this data in aggregate form to improve the Site’s content and performance; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by adjusting your cookie settings as described below. For more on how Google collects and processes data, see Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Contact form security (reCAPTCHA)
Our Contact Us form is built using Gravity Forms and is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps prevent spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and send it to Google for analysis. This use is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms).
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We use cookies (through Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA, as described above) to help the Site function properly and to understand how it’s used. We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting purposes.
Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting them. Please note that if you block certain cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.

We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes, bids, or other requested information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Understand how visitors use the Site through aggregate analytics
- Protect the Site and our contact form from spam and abuse

- Service providers who host the Site or help us process contact form submissions
- Google, in connection with Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA, as described above
- Government authorities or other parties, if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, then delete or archive them. Data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings for our account.
Your Choices
You can:
- Opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the browser add-on linked above, or by using your browser’s cookie controls
- Contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you from a form submission, to correct it, or to request that we delete it

Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information collected through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services we don’t control, including Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and industry association sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
